Two witnesses dead bodies: The 2 witnesses of Revelation 11 are killed by the beast. As a result, their bodies lie dead in the street of Jerusalem for 3 1/2 days. The people do not bury them. Rather, they rejoice and send gifts to one another. All these things have important spiritual truth. Also, the 3 1/2 days has an important spiritual truth that points to the Great Tribulation.
