Sabbath Day? Sunday, Saturday or Everyday?

One of the 10 commandments in the Bible is to keep the seventh day as a Sabbath rest. That is, this commandment teaches that there is no work that is to be done on this day. However, the Christian church today, by and large, believes that the first day of the week is now the day which worship is to be performed. In Christianity, many believe that the 7th day Sabbath (Saturday) was changed to the first day of the week. Others believe that the 7th day Sabbath day was completed at the cross of Jesus Christ and the church has determined that there is a new day of worship called the Lord’s Day. But, what does the Bible teach about the Sabbath Day? Is the Sabbath to be kept on Saturday (as originally commanded in the Bible)? Is the Sabbath now on Sunday (Lord’s Day)? Or, based on Hebrews 3-4, is there another Biblical solution that the Sabbath Day is every day for the Christian?  Please click on the You Tube video below for more information.
