In Daniel 11-12, the King of the North is a type of the end-time Antichrist. A key action during this time is the daily sacrifice is taken away and the abomination of desolation is set up. In Dan 12:6-7, the Bible teaches that the abomination of desolation is set up for 3 and 1/2 times. In Dan 12:11, this time is recorded as 1290 days. Also, in Dan 12:12, the Bible says that those who wait until the 1335 days will be blessed. But what is the meaning of the 3 and 1/2 times, 1290 days and 1335 days. If taken literally, these three time frames are not able to be understood. But, once the symbolic meaning of these number is understood, beautiful spiritual truth emerges.
